My beloved readers, sorry I haven’t posted in awhile, I have been very busy with work.  So busy, that I didn’t even get to watch the Oscars, boooooooooo!  But I did see the gorgeous  red carpet fashions and here are my favorites of the night!

My favorite of the night was the lilac, Elie Saab gown that Mila Kunis wore.

Halle Berry stunned in this nude, sequin & tulle Marchesa gown.

Jennifer Lawrence kept it simple and classic in this red Calvin Klein dress.

Mandy Moore shimmered in Monique Lhullier.

Gwyneth Paltrow showed off her svelte body in this silver, sequined dress by Calvin Klein.

Sandra Bullock looked like a hot mama in this red Vera Wang gown.

Amy Adams showed off her amazing post-baby bod in this navy sequined gown by L’Wren Scott.

Camila Alves looked lovely in a black, empire-waisted ballgown by Kaufman Franco.

Natalie Portman wore a purple Rodarte gown.

Trends of The Night: Sequins & Skin

As everyone knows I am completely obsessed with sequins, and it seems I am not the only one.  They were a serious trend at the Golden Globes this year, and that trend continued to tonight’s Grammy Awards.  Another hot trend was showing some serious skin.  Some daredevils even put the two trends together for a lethal combination of sexiness.

Supermodel, Heidi Klum, dazzled in a gold, sequined dress with shoulder cut-outs and an open back by Julian Macdonald.  I love the back of this dress!

Lea Michele showed some leg in this black ruffle tiered gown by Emilio Pucci.

Jennifer Lopez wore sequins head-to-toe and showed off her Gillette-sponsored gams, also in Emilio Pucci.

Kim Kardashian showed off her famous curves in this bronze sequined gown by KaufmanFranco.

Miley merged two trends together: animal print & sequins in this Roberto Cavalli gown.

Snooki got glam in this silver sequined mini.

Ciara showed a whole lotta skin in this Emilio Pucci halter dress.

LeAnn Rimes sparkled in Reem Acra.

Selena Gomez is all grown up in this slinky, J.Mendel gown.

Ladies In Red

Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week has officially begun in NYC.  The Heart Truth‘s Red Dress Collection, sponsored by Coca-Cola, took place tonight at The Lincoln Center.  This is a fashion show where the stars take to the catwalk, and strut their stuff in a red designer dress, in order to bring attention to women and heart disease.

Audrina Patridge wore a sparkly number by Badgley Mischka & Julianne Hough was dressed in satin & Swarovski crystals.

Denise Richards worked the catwalk in a halter dress by Matthew Williamson, and I just loved Cat Deeley‘s maroon strapless gown by Alberta Ferretti.

Rapper, Eve, looked stunning in a one shoulder trumpet dress by David Meister.

Model, Camila Alves, showed some skin in KaufmanFranco.
